We want you to get the care you deserve.

Kourtney Tapnio APRN, PMHNP-BC

Welcome to Ohana Holistic Psychiatry. I'm Kourtney, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. My journey as a veteran and minority has deeply influenced my commitment to compassionate, holistic mental health care. I created Ohana Holistic Psychiatry to empower individuals to find lasting wellness in mind, body, and spirit.

My practice is built on the cornerstone of compassion and the relentless pursuit of understanding the unique challenges faced by each person I have the privilege to work with. I firmly believe in the power of integrated care that encompasses both medical and therapeutic modalities tailored to foster mental, emotional, and overall well-being.

In my journey, I've had the honor of supporting a diverse clientele and navigating a spectrum of mental health conditions. I’ve witnessed firsthand the barriers to accessing mental health care in underserved communities. I am continually inspired by the resilience and strength of the human spirit. I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for healing and growth.

A holistic approach

It’s essential to focus on the overall health and well-being of an individual, rather than just treating symptoms.

At Ohana Holistic Psychiatry we put the needs of the patient, not their diagnosis or their symptoms, at the center of their treatment plan. By addressing our patients’ emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Our holistic approach to mental health looks at the whole person.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress management, or other mental health concerns, I am here to help you on your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

We invite you to explore our services and schedule a consultation to begin your journey towards holistic wellness
